Scope of Work:

•  Renovate the existing building that was previously a Humble Oil gas station and is currently being used for storage.

•  Design an addition to contrast and complement the historical style of the building and house a dining space for the new Humble Taco bar and restaurant.

•  Design the site to include outdoor seating, an open patio, and a lit bocce ball court.
